Sharda Kapur shares with us her recipe of a Punjabi Cauliflower, Carrot & Turnip Pickle or as it’s popularly called Gajjar, Gobi, Shalgam ka Achar. She uses onions, garlic, ginger, jaggery and vinegar in the right balance to impart a sweet and sour flavour to this vegetable pickle made in the winter months in North India.
